The Incarnate originally was a small, depressed, unhappy feline. He also and was the first to ascend with The Excision. After The Penumbral Cradle revealed its existence, The Incarnate was offered a chance to reclaim his life and emotions. He chose to end the world as it once was, and allow The Penumbral Cradle to split his soul into two, being the first to ascend and form The Penumbral Pantheon.
