God-like feline beings who ascended to the ranks as the most feared, and revered, entities within The Penumbral Cradle, at the cost of what was most dear to them during an event called The Excision. During The Excision, either an existing member of The Pantheon or The Penumbral Cradle itself bestows untold power to those chosen, with the price paid being everything that connected them to their former life.
